خانم صادقی مسئول روابط عمومی انجمن ضمن اعلام این خبر از روند اعمال این تسهیلات گزارشی ارائه داد. وی ضمن تشریح روند اداری طولانی و مشقت بار صدور این حکم برای خانواده های تحت پوشش انجمن تا پیش از این و مراجعات متعدد به دادگستری ، دایره سرپرستی و پزشکی قانونی و الزام حضور فرزندان در تمامی این مراحل که منجر به بروز آسیب هایی در رفتار فرزندان این طیف میگردید ، انجمن در تلاش برآمد تا طی نامه نگاری های متعدد تسهیلاتی در روند اداری این حکم انجام پذیرد. سال گذشته و طی جلسه حضوری مدیرعامل انجمن با ریاست محترم دادگستری استان اصفهان، قرار بر این شد تا با مساعدت این نهاد و دریافت نامه از طرف انجمن لزوم حضور فرزندان در این نهاد مرتفع شود، اما همچنان دایره سرپرستی و پزشکی قانونی ملزم به حضور توانخواهان بودند.
هم اکنون با پیگیری های به عمل آمده ، دایره سرپرستی موافقت کرد تا انجام کارهای اداری از جمله پر کردن فرم های مرتبط و تشکیل پرونده از طرف رابط انجمن انجام پذیرد، در ادامه با لطف و مساعدت دایره سرپرستی و ریاست محترم پزشکی قانونی استان با توجه به شرایط ویژه این طیف از عزیزان قرار بر این شد تا معاینات مرتبط به صورت ماهیانه با حضور پزشک معتمد پزشکی قانونی در محل انجمن صورت پذیرد.روز چهارشنبه۹۹/۱۱/۱۵ برای نخستین بار با حضور بیست خانواده مشمول شرایط، این اقدام در محل دفتر انجمن صورت گرفت.
روند پیگیری صدور حکم بر عهده انجمن خواهد بود و جا دارد از همکاری تمامی نهادهای ذیربط قدردانی داشته باشیم.
