مدیرکل دفتر امور توانمندسازی معلولان سازمان بهزیستی کشور، جزئیات معافیت سربازی خانواده‌های داری فرزند معلول را اعلام کرد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی و امور بین‌الملل به نقل از تسنیم، «محمدرضا شهبازی» مدیرکل دفتر امور توانمندسازی معلولان سازمان بهزیستی کشور، با اشاره به ماده ۲۶ قانون حمایت از حقوق افراد دارای معلولیت اظهار کرد: در این ماده قانونی آمده است که یکی از فرزندان اولیایی که خانواده ناتوان و معلول دارند و یک نفر (پدر و مادر) یا هر دو و یا اینکه حداقل دو نفر از فرزندان معلول داشته باشند یکی از فرزندان ذکورشان که فرزندی سالم است می‌تواند از معافیت سربازی استفاده کند.
وی با اشاره به شروط استفاده از این ماده قانونی خاطرنشان کرد: این مسئله مشروط به این است که معلولیت پدر و مادر به گونه‌ای باشد که نیاز به مراقبت داشته باشند که البته نوع معلولیت در ماده ۲۶ قانون حمایت از حقوق افراد دارای معلولیت ذکر نشده است اما کمیسیون مربوطه این مسئله را بررسی و اعلام می‌کند.
مدیرکل دفتر امور توانمندسازی معلولان سازمان بهزیستی کشور تصریح کرد: کمیسیون معافیت سربازی کمیسیون مشترک بهزیستی و ناجا است که در واقع این کمیسیون موارد معافیت را بررسی و اعلام می‌کند.
شهبازی، اضافه کرد: برهمین اساس خانواده‌هایی که شرایط اشاره شده را داشته باشند قبل از مراجعه به سازمان نظام وظیفه باید به ادارات بهزیستی در سراسر کشور مراجعه و اقدام به تشکیل پرونده و نهایتاً تشکیل کمیسیون مربوطه را بکنند.
