چگونه بازی ها چالش های پردازش حسی را در کودکان اوتیسم تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد؟
تارول کارانو ویتنز نویسنده ی کتاب “کودک خارج از همگام سازی” برای والدین دارای کودک با اختلال پردازشی حسی می نویسد اغلب الگوهای چالش حسی کودکان اوتیسم منحصر به فرد بوده و با بقیه ی افراد فرق دارد تنها چیزهای مشترک بین این افراد غمگینی، سرخوردگی، غر زدن ، احمقانه بودن یا ذوق و شوق احمقانه ی نامناسب و همچنین پریشانی، عصبانیت و خصومت می باشد. آن ها همه احساس می کنند مانند بچه های دیگر نیستند و به آنها تعلق ندارند . بازی ها به کودکان کمک می کنند در زمین بازی موفق باشند و بیشتر به دیگران احساس تعلق کنند.
اما اهداف اصلی بازی ها شامل برخی موارد زیر است. هر چند هر بازی ممکن است هدف خاص خود را داشته باشد. اما همه ی آن ها ۳ هدف مشترک دارند.
- بازی کودکان را تشویق می کند که توانایی تمرکز بر لحظه ی فعلی را افزایش دهند.
اگر توانایی ما زیاد باشد بیشتر در بازی عصبانی می شویم و اگر توانایی ما کم باشد در بازی گوشه گیری می کنیم و حس و حال آن را نداریم.
- هدف دوم بازی افزایش هماهنگی است.
کودکان اوتیسم هماهنگی مناسب حسی و حرکت ندارند و داشتن این پیش نیاز کمک می کند تا آن ها پایه های گسترش مهارت های مورد نیاز خود را گسترش دهند.
- شاید مهمترین هدف درمانی بازی بالا بردن اعتماد به نفس و هماهنگی در رفت و برگشت های ارتباطی(در بازی های کنش و واکنشی) و افزایش تمایل به انجام کارها است، تجربه هایی که نشان دهند ارتباط با دیگران لذت بخش و سرگرم کننده می تواند باشد.
بازی ها علاوه بر این اهداف برخی موارد دیگر را نیز افزایش می دهند.
اول ما با ساده حرف زدن “بیا” “بیا اینجا و … و دادن دستورات کوتاه و ساده در بازی باعث افزایش درک کودکان اوتیسم می شویم. سپس مهارت های حضور، پاسخ به دستورالعمل، تقلید، برقراری ارتباط ، تحمل با هم بودن، نوبت گرفتن درکارها به ویژه در حرف زدن نیز در بازی افزایش پیدا می کند.
در بازی با کودکان اوتیسم از مهارت های “پاسخ محور” استفاده شود بهتر است در این مدل کودکی که بیشترا از حضور در بازی لذت می برد بیشتر در بازی سهیم می شود و کودکی که کمتر از حضور لذت می برد کمتر در بازی سهیم می شود. ضمن اینکه کنش و واکنش ما بسنه به پاسخ کودک تغییر می کند.
- متفاوت ترین ها
کودکانی وجود دارند که اصلا علاقه ای به بازی ندارند آن ها در واقع به مشارکت و بودن در کنار دیگران کم علاقه اند و وظیفه ی اول ما علاقمند کردن آن هاست که با بازی های دلقک وار می توان این کار را انجام داد.
“بازی دلقک وار“: فعالیتی هست که هدف آن فقط خنده ولذت است و یک یا دو مرحله ی ساده بیشتر ندارد مثلاً قلقلک دادن یا دنبال کردن و گرفتن های با حالت های فیزیکی و صداهای عجیب و خنده دار از طرف شما که باعث لبخند و شادی کودک شما شود.
در این نوع بازی کودکان باید توجه شود که استرس زیاد از حد و بی مورد به وجود آورده نشود و از فعالیت کم فشار و آرام به فعالیت پرفشار حرکت کرد. مثلاً ردیف کردن بر اساس اندازه، فعالیت آرامی است و بازی اجتماعی یک فعالیت پرفشار.
مثلاً بازی گروهی انطباق رنگ که در آن یک فرد رنگ الگو را به فرد دیگری می دهد و او رنگ های منطبق با الگو را در سبد می ریزد و فرد بعدی رنگ بعدی را می گیرد و اونیز رنگ منطبق را در ظرف مخصوص دیگری می ریزد. تا نفر آخر که آخرین رنگ الگو را می گیرد و مشابه های همان رنگ را در سبد می ریزد و بازی تمام می شود.
دکتر گرینسپان ابداع کننده روش فلور تایم معتقد است “تجربه ی سرگرمی کودک و شادی، تاثیر بسیار زیادی بر گسترش سیناپس های مغزی” می گذارد. وی هنچنین به تاثیر رژیم غذایی بر سیستم مغز معتقد است زیرا بسیاری از نشانه ها و علائم اوتیسم می تواند ناشی از اختلال سیستم ایمنی بدن باشد که بر توانایی بدن برای تجزیه ی پروتئین های خاص مانند گلوتن و کازئین تاثیر می گذارد.
اغلب کارشناسان معتقدند برای درمان جامع اوتیسم بهتر است رژیم غذایی بدون گلوتن و کازئین باشد تا به مبارزه بدن با مخمرها و باکتری ها کمک کند. همچنین خودداری از خوردن مواد غذایی شیمیایی که مواد افزودنی زیاد دارند و طبیعی نیستند موجب شدت اوتیسم می شوند.
